Stay In Compliance
Make sure your equipment has been inspected and up to date. The National Fire Protection Agency requires all handheld fire extinguishers to be recertified annually. Each fire extinguisher also needs an internal inspection every 6 years and a hydrotest every 12 years from the date of manufacturer.
The NFPA requires restaurant fire supression systems to be inspected and recertified every 6 months.

Bi-Annual inspection and certification of wet chemical kitchen systems for restaurants, cafeterias, and summer camps. We also sell, inspect, and re-certify wet chemical K-Class handheld extinguishers. If you have a new resturant or need to upgrade an existing system; we design and install new Ansul restaurant fire supression systems.
